Are the intermediate students at Henderson Annex guilty…or not of doing some particularly detailed writing about some small town criminals they invented? Using drama as a prompt, the students built their ‘criminal’ using various costume pieces. The ‘criminal’ then had to stand in our ‘two way glass’ room for close observation. Students took note of all aspects of behaviour, physical and otherwise, looking to see if the ‘criminal’s’ actions would betray whether they were guilty or not of their supposed crime. So, would twisting your hair constantly or flicking your boa make you guilty or not? Enjoy the reads and the illustrations and decide for yourselves.
